is completely non-religious in nature. However, Amanda teaches a model of
THE C O N F I D E N C E CLASS which
uses all of the same engaging & practical tools, but with an added Jewish foundation.
BASED ON THE CONCEPTS OF
tzniut (modesty), bitachon (trust),
and the avoidance of lashon hara (evil speech),
students get a moving practice--literal and figurative--
with deeper discussion, affirmations in Hebrew,
Torah teachings, and self-confidence that
comes from the neshama (soul).
